It would be nice to see some new 'news' posted so that this isn't the very first thing visitors to the site looking for Clay news see.

catherinewalker: it seems that this show and another show at the venue the next night were cancelled. Due to this my thinking is the venue cancelled due to probably weather or flooding in the area. I know that they are having bad weather out that way. I am sure that if Clay can he will try someway to make it up to his fans as he doesn't cancel unless it is something wrong with his voice or something like that. I know from others that there is nothing to indicate that is was Clay or his team that cancelled. I don't doubt that when has time he will possibly blog to say something about it.

Since I have seen posting other places about 2 things at that venue being cancelled I would say the venue had a reason for cancelling it. I know that there are storms out that way as New Orleans got hit with flooding. Fans shouldn';t put the blame on Clay or even his team. I know people are upset that they may have bought airline tickets to the show and stuff but that is the risk you take when you purchase tickets to any things you are going to especially if it is out of state. I am not saying that people shouldn't be mad but just don't be mad at Clay the cancellation. Clay knows how much his fans do and I am sure if there is a way he can make it up he will. Again this is just my opinion and people shouldn't be mad at him.

Good seats still available for last 3 tour venues. Above map has venue markers for all info for that venue and also directions if you're driving from one to the other.
Let's get all these venues sold out!

This has to be just terrible news for everyone. I, too, like many
others, hope all are well and things can be worked out in
the best way possible.

Everyone check out this link of the venue's website:

Clay's March 7th concert and the Music Event scheduled on March 10th (after Clay's) have both been canceled. I would guess that the last minute cancellations were authorized by the venue and therefore were not the result of low ticket sales. It would be a strange coincidence to say otherwise.
